  • How does the membership work?

    Eduki is available as a monthly or annual membership. The membership allows you to access all courses, interactive quizzes, and challenges, and our Community. With the monthly membership, you get billed automatically every month. With the annual membership, you get billed automatically every year, until you cancel the membership.

  • How can I cancel my membership?

    To cancel your membership:
    Navigate to the My Account page > Billing > Subscriptions and then cancel your subscription/membership.

    After you cancel your membership, you can still use Eduki until the last remaining day.

  • Does Eduki offer a refund?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time. However, we offer a free 7-day trial with all of our membership plans. You may cancel your membership within the trial period.

  • Can I transfer the membership to a different account?

    No, you cannot transfer the membership to another account. However, you may cancel the old subscription and re-subscribe using the new account.
